Questions/Answers
How many participants?
The group will have a maximum of 10 people, so there is time for everyone.
How to register?
Fill out the form at the top of the page or contact me by message and we'll talk about it!
Is it open to everyone?
For the first time, I'm opening a training program to all recruiter license holders: in-house recruiters, placement agencies, and freelancers.
I have a Recruiter Lite license, is that enough?
For module 1, no worries, for module 2, there are a few things that you won't be able to do but you will be able to understand and structure your research, you will have to adapt and "make do with it" but it's going well, no worries.
For module 3, hidden operators work but there are quite a few things about open to work tracking, search insights etc. that will not be present, it remains relevant and it will also help you see the difference between the two.
I'm hesitating between module (1 and 2) or (2 and 3)
If you are doing 2 and 3, module 1 is available online for those doing 2 and 3 (I detached it) but module 3 is really for those who want to push very far, who really have the time to source and the need to source on complex profiles.
A simple measure:
If the time per week that you can dedicate to PURE sourcing on LinkedIn (research/identification/contact/engagement) is less than or equal to one day, take modules 1 and 2: you have more interest in being an ultra strategist and being efficient when you have the time to source.
If you spend more than one day a week purely sourcing, come to 2+3, that means you have real sourcing "problems" and we're going to tackle them together.
