The People Attraction Theory
Online Sourcing Training

Open to internal recruiters/sourcers or those who carry the employer brand.
Format: online 14 hours of videos
People Attraction Theory training is talent sourcing training program.
It covers attraction strategy, advanced search (booleans, scraping, X-Ray), and optimization of the candidate approach.
You'll learn how to master LinkedIn Recruiter, improve your copywriting, and activate your employer brand.
The training includes 14 hours of videos, a 50-page playbook, and a private community.
Access for 1 year, in French or English.

🎓 Online (recorded videos) training
People Attraction Theory
The People Attraction Theory online training is a comprehensive course designed specifically for internal recruiters and those who represent the employer brand of the opportunity they are sourcing.
This choice is deliberate: it aims to protect candidates by avoiding mass approaches such as growth hacking, mass information retrieval, which people who carry an employer brand cannot afford to do.
This training covers the entire strategic attraction and sourcing process. It includes an advanced module on LinkedIn Recruiter ("next level"). The in-person version includes this section but also includes new advancements. Eventually, all the content will be reintegrated into the online training, and those taking the online version will also have access to it.
The training is more comprehensive online. Everything covered in-person in Module 1 is in the online version, but it's more comprehensive.
🧭 In-person training (onsite or online)
Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter
The face-to-face training dedicated to LinkedIn Recruiter is open to anyone with a Recruiter or Recruiter Lite license: internal recruiters, freelancers, agencies, firms... all structures are welcome.
However, I reserve the right to refuse certain registrations if I consider that the practices or intentions are not compatible with the ethics of the training.
This training is really focused on attraction strategy and approach messages for module 1 and pure profile research on Linkedin Recruiter in modules 2 and 3.
Module 1 is accessible even to HR people who want to strategize their attraction
Module 2 is designed for those who are used to using recruiter but may be suitable for someone who is new to Recruiter (and ready to stick with it)
Module 3 is only for those who want to twist the tool in every way, understand how search works on Recruiter further, and unlock things that traditional search doesn't allow. (If you're new to Recruiter, you won't understand anything.)
