WHAT IS THE PHILOSOPHY BEHIND THIS PLATFORM?
The goal of People Attraction is NOT to teach you everything about sourcing, because in our ever-changing world, that's impossible. The goal is to help you adopt a sourcing mindset, see things differently, and give you ideas, tools, and tips to achieve what you want to accomplish.
I AM NOT YOUR TEACHER, I AM YOUR GUIDE.
I'll explain what I do, but more importantly, why, and I'll point you to external resources if you want to dig deeper. Tools evolve, everything changes quickly and globally, and it can vary enormously. But when you know WHAT and HOW to look for it, you can find it. You'll discover the world of sourcing, the best specialists, and I'll point you to interesting free content available on the web. Watching a few hours of videos or attending a bootcamp is easy, but it won't make you a sourcer; it will show you the way. Then you'll have to put everything into practice: there's no magic recipe.

WHO PROVIDES THE TRAINING?

My background in sourcing:

20 years of experience in direct recruitment, including 12 years dedicated to advanced sourcing.

I was the most senior sourcer in Europe for Meta/Reality Labs, in charge of advanced research.

Setting up sourcing teams in international companies; I am operational, not just a trainer or speaker.

Training of more than 15 sourcing teams across Europe (luxury, tech, etc.).

2nd place (in 2017 and 2019) at the SourceCon Grandmaster Challenge.

1st French speaker at keynote at SourceCon US and Europe.

Regular speaker at Sourcing Summit (Europe, Germany, United Kingdom…) and SourceCon (Budapest, Amsterdam, Seattle).

WILL THERE BE ASSESSMENTS/QUIZZES?
This platform is aimed at professionals wishing to improve their practices, not at students looking for an entry point into recruitment.
For now, I haven't planned a quiz, but if it's important to you, let me know.

WHAT PLATFORM IS IT HOSTED ON?
All content and payments are managed through teachable.com, a trusted online learning platform. Content is secure and available on desktop and mobile (iOS only at this time).

IS THIS RECOGNIZED BY THE STATE? IS IT POSSIBLE TO HAVE IT SUBSIDIATED? (CPF OR OTHER)
Since the platform is international, obtaining state certifications in all countries is complex.
➡️ For now, this is not possible.
At the end of the program, you will receive a certificate of completion
