WHO IS THIS TRAINING FOR?

 

This training is ONLY AVAILABLE for sourcers/recruiters who are carying their employer brand from the first message (internal sourcers, RPO, etc). If you are an external agency or do not mention the company you are recruiting for from the first message, do not join or your licence will be immediately revoked, no reimbursal will be made and your payment will be given to a local association/charity. The tools and techniques taught are powerful and it is in the interest of candidates to to open it only to the ones carying their brand. This is a fairly advanced sourcing training, juniors can join too but it goes fast.

My name is Guillaume, please feel free to visit my Linkedin page. I didn't learn sourcing from a book, I evolved as we built it. If stamps are important to you, here are a few: - 20 years' experience in direct approach recruitment. - Ex Meta/Reality Labs, most senior sourcer outside the US, in charge of Reality Labs advanced search roles outside the US. - Implemented global sourcing model for Philip Morris International. - 2x runner-up at Sourcecon GrandMaster - 10x speaker at the Sourcing Summit, one of only 7 people with "red shoes". - 1st French speaker at Sourcecon Europe and Sourcecon US. - Linkedin certified recruiter, speaker for Linkedin events (Linkedin Talent Awards). - 1st pure sourcer to introduce Sourcing missions in French-speaking Europe. Why did I decide to set up this course? I've been sporadically training teams and going to sourcing conferences in Europe and around the world for over a decade. It's great to learn how to find someone in 5 hours on Instagram but if that person was in your ATS, you've wasted 5 hours of your life. There are plenty of resources online but finding them, strategising your approach, having a clear vision and a strategy that makes sourcing effective, is more complicated. It's all about data structure and mindset. I've trained over 250 sourcers in bootcamps over 3 years and this course is the fruit of all those bootcamps. Boolean is basic and sometimes overrated, but times have changed and algorithms have taken over. If you don't understand how they manipulate your results, you're not maximising your potential. What type of jobs have I sourced in the past? I've developed these tools/techniques and mindset because I've spent many years dealing with some of the most complex sourcing issues you can think of, such as: - Polymer chemists who can take a laboratory reaction and set up the whole production process. - Fuel cell experts who can challenge the way hydrogen is produced, stored, transported and used for a greener future. - Senior biostatisticians specialising in paediatric oncology studies. - Of course, "a few" computer scientists, including people working on systems that are still in beta version and that nobody has really worked on yet. to name but a few...
